Honest about the limits
Streaming services don't publish addresses for individual titles, and JumpIn refuses to scrape them. So for most services JumpIn opens the app with your title already searched, rather than the exact page. Every button says which one you're getting.
JumpIn never plays video. It finds where something streams and hands you to the app that does.

No. It never streams video and never will. It finds where a title is available and opens the service's own app, which does the playing. It also can't get around a subscription you don't have.
Usually not, and we'd rather say so plainly. Streaming services don't publish per-title addresses, and we won't scrape them. For most services JumpIn opens the app with your title already searched — one press instead of typing it again. Every button tells you which behaviour you're getting before you press it.
No. There's no sign-up, no login and no server. Your watchlist lives in your own private iCloud database, which means we can't see it. Search works before you configure anything at all.
No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no IDFA. The only network calls are to TMDB for catalogue data and to Apple's iCloud for your watchlist. There's an optional log of which deep links worked, kept on your device, off by default and clearable.
Anywhere TMDB has provider data. JumpIn follows your Apple TV's region by default and you can override it in Settings. Availability genuinely differs by country, so the badges change with it.
tvOS 17 or newer. A "reduce motion and effects" setting removes the expensive artwork and animation rather than just dimming it, because the 2017–2021 models are noticeably slower.
Because the part that matters most — whether each service's app actually opens — can only be verified on real hardware with those apps installed. It's in TestFlight while that's checked properly. We'd rather ship late than ship a button that does nothing.
